Dear Friend of Kiap-TU-Wish:
The Kiap-TU-Wish chapter of Trout Unlimited depends upon the generous financial support of its 250 members and donors ... people just like you who want to keep Western Wisconsin and the Driftless Area’s rivers and streams clean, healthy and fishable.
We believe if our members understood that only a very small amount of the money sent for the Trout Unlimited National dues comes back to the Kiap-TU-Wish Chapter, they would be willing to directly fund the important work the chapter undertakes on their behalf and on behalf of local trout streams.
By donating today, the Chapter we will be able to fund habitat projects, monitor stream
characteristics and assist in land acquisition on the streams you all enjoy. And there is still
much work to be done. The Chapter Board of Directors is exploring projects on the Trimbelle
River, Plum Creek and the Rocky Branch of the Kinnickinnic. Your continued support is needed. That is why we are asking you to donate generously to our chapter.
To be an advocate implies that you are active in regard to a cause you care about. It includes the identification of a cause, taking up that cause gladly and readily, and, perhaps most importantly, promoting it. For TU members, the cause is well defined in the mission statement: to conserve, protect, and restore coldwater fisheries and their headwaters in Western Wisconsin. Certainly, as we take care the habitat, the fishing will take care of itself. However, the habitat will not take care of itself—we must see that it gets done.
Please support your passion with a contribution of a check or stock gift, and don’t forget, your
contribution is tax deductible. Please check off the amount on the form below and return it to the address below. No amount is too small.
